Meddox is a medical record-keeping app that allows you to store your medical data safely, keep it within a hand’s reach, and share it with your care team in no time. Forget about tons of paper and lost medical records, and keep all your medical history organized in one place.
Scan any printed medical record using your phone camera or upload pictures or files from your mobile device. The app will read and recognize the scanned data from your records and store it alongside the original image. Entered data can be quickly reviewed and edited by adding medical institution, physician’s name, diagnoses, or lab test results. Recognized laboratory components are stored alongside reference ranges and visualized as easy-to-use graphs showing value discrepancies.
Besides safely storing your medical records, Meddox is also helping you understand your health condition better. Through our Medical Dictionary, you can easily access all the information you need about must-know medical terms. Also, we developed Healthy Reminders, personalized and timely notifications on various health-related topics relevant to you or your loved ones.
