It’s good to have ncell and an app like this. It provides me with a very convenient way of checking out the details that i need . It would be more better if i could report my problems and issues from within the app 😇

Illegally taking money

Ncell is illegally taking my money by activating useless services without informing me and without consent. More than Rs. 80 has been deducted saying i have miraculously activated Huawei Games Content service whereas i use an iPhone and has been using this sim since it was bought. They dine reply any support ticket created through the app and their customer service at 9005 doesn't provide adequate instruction they told me i can deactivate all service by Sending sms to 7724 by saying stop but that doesn’t work as well. They refuse to refund a single Rs that they illegally charge and this problem is prevalent among my friends and family who use Ncell as well.
Bad service also at the time of LOCKDOWN.

If i took a loan of 42 rupees and then i used upto 32 rupee, then without finishing the loan, if i add recharge of 100 than instead of adding that 32rupee (service and vat 4 to 5 rupee gone) in my account , all that money got decreased soo down. than where did my another 28 rupee gone? I’ve been using ncell for past 4 years and I had really bad experience using it.Did you give your service like this? Its really very very bad experience using ncell app and hope something changes better inthe near future.

I find the app simple and easy without any distractions. It would be better if they could add free call service from the app too. Sometimes the call detail loading take a bit time but works fine normally.
