This is unfair to customers. Please allow users to choose which pack to use first, or give priority to the volume pack. Otherwise, we lose money for no reason.”

Being a government ownership, its too much disgusting . Too much lagging. After every fund transfer every time something is wrong pop up appears. Why you are not managing this?? Being one of the gaint Network services providers, this your performance even a simple app lag could not be fixed?
