Most of the patho riders aren’t taking the exact amount that is shown in app. They take extra amount for odd amount for example if the amount is 239 they take 250. Some say they don’t have change . They aren’t supposed to take extra than the app suggests. Please update app to review the charge taken by them in app along with rating.

Whenever I book taxi 90 percent of the time they say fuel price increased so give me more money or cancel the ride. Every time they will always have a reason to ask more money. Even in bike riders, epecially during morning or if they don’t prefer the ride they will accept first then call and say I don’t want to go to that place can u cancel from your app. I used to cancel and find another rider but recently I found that I was being penalized for cancelling ride. I was not aware of this. Pathao should create awareness about this among riders. They can clearly see the location we mark and if they don’t wanna go there why accept and call back to say cancel the ride from our app. When in hurry or during nights these thigns are really frustrating to deal with and on top of that being charged for this matter doesn’t make sense. I can see why some shifted to inDrive or are using inDrive as alternative.

While booking a car, your app shows one amount but when reached to the destination your rider charges extra charge why? I didn’t find any place for complaining about it. When i came to know that waiting charge either by our cause or traffic is added. What kind of unprofessional way is this to say? If u can’t determine the charge accurately either it is certain or uncertain due various circumstances why are u running this service? Let customer bargain for their own ride. Useless service. I wasn’t unsatisfied like this before. Do something about ur taxi fare.
