Fix compatibility with Pi-hole FTL 5.22

Hello everyone, here are some new features for Pi Stats Mobile: • New Pi Monitor Widget • Keep an eye on your Raspberry Pi temperature, memory usage, load average and uptime with the new Pi Monitor widgets! As a reminder, Pi Monitor is an additional service that needs to be installed on your Raspberry Pi. • iPad OS Support • The app will now run natively on the iPad. This is just the initial version of the iPad OS support, there's not a lot of differences compared to iOS besides that your Pi-holes are displayed as a grid instead of a list. I am working on better iPad OS integration but I decided to release this version while I'm still working on the other changes since this is much better than the previous version :) Thank you very much for using Pi Stats. - Fernando
