How it works
- Pick distracting apps (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.) [Premium]
- When you open one, you’ll be prompted to unlock with reps [Premium]
- Finish your set to earn a time‑boxed unlock (15/30/60/120 minutes) [Premium]
- All detection is on‑device — camera data never leaves your phone

Privacy
- We do not sell your data.
- Camera frames are processed on‑device only to count reps; nothing is uploaded.
- Screen Time APIs are used only to schedule and enforce restrictions on your device; Screen Time data does not leave your device.
Subscription
- PushUpTime offers auto‑renewing subscriptions that unlock [Premium] features.
- Plans:
• Monthly Premium: $12.99/month
• Yearly Premium: $24.99/year
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
