Added RozieCore+ Support.

The user experience has been modernized, There have been changes made to the Connect to coach menu, and the main menu. From the main screen there is now a circular button with a plus symbol, when clicked it will open a navigation menu. Within that menu, when you click Connect to Coach, you will select if you want to connect to the cloud, scan the local network, or manually connect to your LR.

Now closes the menu when navigating to cloud.

Push notifications for new Rozie2 service.

Added http/https/Auto setting, when set to auto it will use udp packets from the LR to determine its protocol. If its set to anythine else it will use that protocol instead.

There is a first time setup menu that configures the app to match your coachs service. For now the first time setup only sets what rozieService is being used, which can be overridden in the settings menu under app.

Fixed bug in Bonjour service on newer version of iOS. Service was not starting and allowing the Web Server to be found automatically on the network. Fixed bug with dark scheme in new iOS versions.

Improved mDNS logic to locate WiFi server on a network. Added a retry button when first attempt of finding WiFi server fails. Added prompts to better inform user what the app is doing in the background when searching for WiFI server and loading pages. Added a clear cache feature. Added feature to enable and disable no Autolock when plugged in. This will provide the user the ability to keep their screen on if it is the main control device in the RV. Other minor bug fixes.

Fixed bug causing crashes on certain iOS devices when installing the app for the first time.

Changed the name from RV Control to System Controls and update the icon. App now will remain on if power is connected to device, if power is not connected app allows system settings to control when the screen shuts off.

The bonjour service scanning has been upgraded. Now you do not have to select a unit from the list, it will automatically find the unit on your connected network and bring up the website. This also eliminates the need to enter a URL in when the Unit is in AP mode. However you can still enter a URL in if you choose. A feature has been added to menu to allow you to lock the screen rotation in either landscape or portrait. This lock will persist through app restarts.

Fixed iPhone X status bar problem. Changed Name to LR Gizmo.
