TAK Aware 4+

Welcome to TAK Aware 1.6 - a huge new release with tons of new features for enhanced situational awareness. This includes:

Features:
- Native GeoPDF/GeoTIFF support through the KML and File Overlays menu
- Supports editing and displaying custom self remarks
- Presents an option to delete an item from a data sync mission when being deleted from the map
- For PDF/GeoTIFF and for Image Overlays it now properly moves to the center and zooms to the correct extent of the overlay when tapping the zoom-to button
- Adds in improved certificate notifications for expired certificates
- Allows sending multiple items from the lasso select to users or data sync missions
- Caches subscribed DataSync missions to display even when offline
- Adds in visual alerting for markers that are in emergency status
- Introduces support for DDM coordinates
- Sets a configurable 14-day retention police for Track Logs
- Adds in a new feature to disable all map labels for markers in the same menu option where you change between truncate/scroll/etc
- Remembers your last location and lock on preference and scrolls to that on startup
- Renames the links in a subscribed data sync mission to be clearer
- Improves spot map point dropper visualizations and default callsign

- Notifies TAK Tracker when running to prevent double dots from showing on the map
- Adds in Rain Technology’s HAIL Dashboard Integration
- Experimental support for connecting to and backhauling data from goTenna radios

Fixes:
- Enables some (all?) m3u8 feeds to play
- Fixes an issue preventing video streamed over UDP from being displayed
- Fixes an issue where certain network conditions would cause multiple TAK Server connections
- Fixes an issue where some custom icons were different sizes (and adds in the infrastructure for setting icon sizes ala ATAK/WinTAK)

- Updates battery data to be sent in CoT messages as an integer rather than a decimal to fix a potential issue in TAK Server federating TAK Aware clients
- Fixes an issue where the lasso tool lines were unnecessarily wide
