This is really just a point release - but there are two changes in here. It seems the "Swipe for Options" thing for the Habit Notifications may have been a single occurance on my testing machine. As once I loaded it onto my phone, it was back to the Long Press if you want to choose DONE / SKIPPED - or say you drank the water. Make sure to stay hydrated folks!!! The other change is the Stroke Guide Timer. You know the one, it's the timer that has the stopwatch and the animated line at the bottom of the screen to help with your timing for Drive, Release and Slide. Well. A few versions ago I added a proper animation to the simple Stroke Rate Guide - showing a line drawing of a rower as he goes through the different phases of the stroke. I had many requests. Well, 2. To add this to the timer version too. Not as simple as I originally thought - but he's there now. The portrait version has a little jump up and down when you play it - but I'm going to assume most people will watch this in landscape anyway. (You know what they say about assuming!) Anyway. Install, and let me know if anything weird is happening - or if YOU have any suggestions. Be well.
