Problematic network of nepal

Hello, its been a 5-6 months i have complained multiple times, the issue is that we don’t get call notifications on iOS devices of messenger, it always shows as missed call after a while, but this issue that exists on your network that seems to be the problem nationwide on Vianet isn’t solved yet, i am amazed to see that company of this magnitude and budget couldn’t solve this problem for almost a year.. what is your plan to retain a customer if the problems lasted for almost a year without a resolution… I definitely not staying with your service for upcoming years neither will i suggest any of my family and friends to stay on your network… and no plz no need to call me and tell me that you are going to send technician bla bla bla.. done it multiple times without solution…. Good-luck in this competitive market without providing customer satisfaction.

Well finally after long wait, the app came out. Data usage list is random not according to date. Only last 2 days usage is shown properly in order while remaining usage is in random date. And data usage is shown in session only and not according to date which we can choose in web portal. Also it would be great if there was the total data usage option till date as in web portal. Usage graph should also be added in future updates. I haven't tested online payment so can't comment on it. Other than that fine for 1st version.

The worst experience... developer needs to learn more. vianet need to hire experience ios developer. anywhere i clicked on menu app is being crash. A waste of time. internet and app is same always issue. poor service.
