Description
NorthStar mCare is a real-time mobile workforce management app available for tablets and laptops. Highly configurable by IT and intuitive for users, service order information flows seamlessly from the office to the field, and back. The result is a continuous, real-time flow of service-order data. No need for printed orders. No need for unnecessary radio traffic. No need to manually enter data back at the office.
With mCare, staff in the field can respond more quickly to customers, as well as update NorthStar CIS in real-time.

Version 6.6.19
mCare has been upgraded to support Android API 14.
Several minor UI changes have been implemented, including the display of the nsBL version in the InfoBar, an increase in the register number length to align with CIS standards, and adjustments to ensure that the mCare padding feature matches that of CIS.
Details are now saved in storage before calling the backend.
Enables FSR to update service orders on demand.
