Trouble beeps couldn’t get turned off.
It happened at a cold night. It just kept beeping. 😵 we had to go to garden shed to get the tall ladder to change batteries 🪫 Not the first time.
ADT App
As a long term and happy user of the interactive ADT App on my I phone I was very surprised when without warning it totally changed. I rang ADT and was told it was probably an internet fault and to wait 24 hours and see what it was like and ring back. I didnt change. I lost the very clear bright green shield to indicate it was disarmed and a bright red shield for armed.
All very simple but now its a colourless shield with a mixture of red and blue line around the shield with a tick in the middle
which is totally confusing - when it is armed …. ! Add to this it is now very laggy
You have to wait for some time to see of the
Zones are being worked in. The “new “ app
is a poor substitute for a perfectly good
version which seems to have gone for good but for no good reason.
Very dissapointed ADT. Coming after a year
of being told there is over a month delay for a service booking I have to wonder about your belief in customer service.

Does what it should
App works good. From the original vivint app to this one, works good. Lots of review’s here than have nothing to with the app. I mean come on people, how is changing the batteries in your smoke detector got anything to do with this!!
