Decreasing score when making correct payments?
Penalized for paying on time
Not a lot of information about my actual accounts. Due to identity theft etc I keep an eye on my credit score. Last month it went down 17 points. The reason you gave was my loan amount had decreased. Yes it does that because I make payments on time with the correct amount. Surely this increases my score not decreases it. When questioned again it became an Illion issue and not yours. In 3 years my score will be 0 if this keeps happening. Find a better way to report scores correctly without the consumer being adversely affected by a policy out of their control.

Convenient app, but sharing some of my info to 3rd party I’m not keen on. All we want is credit scores with no strings attached or compromises to personal details. Also my score isn’t climbing. So I’ll go back to monthly writing in and checking via the actual companies. So yeah keeping an eye out for any more Nz apps that help, apps just bring a convenience.Yonda app used to be awesome, but then they just disappeared, nothing to us all that used it or anything. But my score on there’s was really high compared to this one

When making a new account they ask for your details. Then they say unable to make an account at this time. Suddenly you’ll get an email asking to confirm your email. Confirm and get directed to their website where it asks you to delete your account (that’s suddenly been made) and try again later. Beware kina tino Initia
