Ratings and Reviews
Sorting according to Alphabetical order
It will great to have a alphabetical sort order within your playlist. This way duplicates can be removed if same song has been saved for the same artist. The search function within the same playlist does not show correctly when the artist name is typed. I have Jimmy Ruffin song of 2 versions. When I type Ruffin it shows only 1 of the songs.
In Apple TV when I goto the bottom of the playlist and select a song, it starts playing the first song. This has happened very often. Exiting/closing the Application makes no difference. Is there a limit to the number of songs within a playlist. Currently I have more than 800 songs added to a playlist.
I do not recommend this service as there are many issues
1) No mechanism to provide feedback and report issues via the app. 2) No way to search for items in your existing playlists in online or offline mode - this is a significant limitation. I don’t recommend subscribing to Apple Music if you have a large collection of music and wish to play specific songs - you will have to scroll through 100s of songs yourself to find the one you want to play. 3) Cannot use Apple Music when connected to an external monitor. When connecting via USB-C to an external monitor on an ipad, the only option is to play the music on the external monitor (no option to play the music via the built-in speakers on the iPad itself). This is not a good decision as the developers are forgetting that many monitors do not have speakers. This renders the Apple Music unusable. Quite an oversight considering that the docking functionality of the iPad is targeted at productivity applications.
Good bit won’t download my songs
I have had this app for a long time and it’s really good. When I’m at home with wifi I tap to download the songs in my playlist but it doesn’t download. Today I tired to listen to a song thats not in my playlist and I waited like 10 minutes for it to play and it didn’t play so I went to my playlist and it only played certain songs that were downloaded so I tapped the download button but it didn’t work, it was like what it’s like when I don’t have wifi but maybe that’s just my phone because I have an iPhone 6s.
