BONNET Vehicle Management App 4+

This is a fantastic idea and we could immediately see which vehicles were behind, however it doesn’t seem to automatically update once we have WOF updated - prompts for us to manually put it in? Surely that is the whole point? Also the app crashes regularly. It would be great to get these bugs ironed out and the ability to nickname similar vehicles would be great. I certainly haven’t given up on this app! Thank you.

Hey Mate, in this version, you'll need to manually hit the "refresh WOF/REGO" button under each circle after midnight on the day you get the new WOF/REGO. We're working on automating this in our next version, and the refreshes won't be limited to 3 months, which will be helpful if you have a fleet! Interesting, but a little half-baked for my needs. Colour scheme makes icons and buttons nearly unreadable in dark mode. Field names must be non-standard because auto-fill didn't work, and the phone didn't offer to generate nor save the password. Those might seem trivial, but it shows the app designers don't understand the user experience.

It didn't care that one bike's rego ran out yesterday. It didn't pick up that one bike has rego on hold; I think the forward expiry date is when the hold lapses. Can't track services by km.

The AA already have this service, without the integration to the dealers though. Also most of the WOF agents send reminders already. NZTA emails rego reminders if you pay online.

Was super excited when I heard about this app. Would be so helpful for organizing life. But I can’t do anything other than see my WOF countdown. If I could up load my info for example my insurance details, or service information. Or find out more about car insurance offers or services. There’s no feature to edit, or add in my own details. Local dealers weren’t available and the closest one had disabled service features. Secondly, I had to search up companies all the region to see where they were based.
