No problems, easy to use
Easy sign up process and easy to use. No problems with charger connection and received notifications of status. Richmond charge station has 4 high speed chargers so no worries about waiting or broken chargers. Now we just need more BP chargers across the South Island.
BP Charger Taihape
Crazy it does not have a credit card reader. I had to put my full details three times unplugging the car from the charger each time. When it worked it charged at a good 60+ kWh as no one else using .
Information on phone app poor as does not was % of car battery charged or car batteries kWh charged or needing until full so you don’t now how much more it needs when viewed from the app. ChargeNet app info far more comforting and reassuring during the charge process. This experience means I will only use BP charges when I have to unless this is not the normal charges they use .

BP charge support is a joke
Don’t expect to get hold of anyone from BP when there is an issue. You will speak to either an Indian or Philippine call centre and they have no idea what they are talking about. I had my account blocked for no reason and they couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me who did it. Absolutely waste of time!
I have emailed the BP team, I have messaged them on all social media sites and not one person has replied. All their phone numbers on the website go to the same useless call centre. They deliberately make it hard to reach them.
