App has some good features, downloaded this, thinking this was a better way to view international arrivals and departures only for it to link back to the website! Would be great if this feature was added to the app and the arrivals and departures are more accurate
Keep getting error

Trying to book parking with the app and it keeps giving same error. “Oops something went wrong “ when refreshing existing bookings on the app, you get the same error. Clicking on parking instructions gives an error 1006 up address banned. Yet accessing on website from same device there are no issues. Just the app

Frustrating this app doesn’t pull all info from the website. To manage booking it takes you to the website and require you to have your booking ref details. And my biggest gripe - I can’t remove old vehicle details. It’s definitely baked into your profile and Auckland Airport has no idea how to remove it. The risk is booking default to a car I sold ages ago… frustrating. Need to take lessons from all the other parking apps to make this app mildly useful.

This probably is one of the worst apps I’ve had the bad luck to use. It is not intuitive, everything has to be opened outside of the app. It’s just bad, and for a business like Auckland Airport, embarrassing, but probably par for the course with that company. Someone really needs to address this. I use LHR and Gatwick apps. They are so far out of Auckland’s league, it’s actually funny. Third world is too flattering for this app.
