Ratings and Reviews
Way too many notifications
I get all sorts of alerts through the day about flights that aren’t of interest or relevance to me and yet ironically I can’t seem to set any alerts for the routes I’m actually after. Please fix the bugs and let people turn off the endless notifications about “resort packages to the islands bla bla bla”
App Prices not always in sync
Could definitely be far more user-friendly and the menu options should be far easier to navigate than they currently are. They’re not even in any logical order which is quite frustrating.
Frustrating alerts...
Can be useful, but you end up getting alerted virtually every day and then when you view the app you cannot only show the flights that interest you (eg international flights that start at your locality) so you have to wade through heaps of offers to see if there is anything worthwhile. Grabaseat website is actually easier to use than the app.
