Unhelpful service and limited features

I loved this app and raved about it when I first used it about two years ago. I even talked colleagues into using it. But now they keep taking features away there is no point me using it. I had up to 10 accounts that I could use, now only 6. And you can’t rearrange anything in the queue without having to copy and paste and delete the original. You can’t click and drag or repost to another page. It has got so frustrating that I may as well be back posting individually on each SM page.

A response asked for more about what I had in mind re my previous feedback. Well I use a paid plann account a lot and plan things visually. It’s much simpler and I coach my clients on how to break things down visually once they have the bones of their content ready to go. I like that buffer isn’t buggy but for me to ditch the other things I have I’d need better analytics and drag and drop visual planning like planoly, plann and later. Then I could bring everything into buffer and only have the one thing.
