I have reported this flaw previously. Had same result to wait 3 days. Still hasn’t been fixed. Love app especially with the discount vouchers. Foods much nicer than competitor started with M. It’s been far to long for this fault/flaw to be fixed. If you are logged in & have ticketed stay logged in then that’s what should happen end of story

Long story short you need to ship up your staff. They had no idea what we talking about when we showed the Cashier at the till our online order number. They just asked us “what is that?” Then walked off and continued serving & doing other things. So we stood trying to find out what we ordered so we could tell the cashier our exact order, For some god forsaken reason she starts making a new order even when we told her we already ordered & payed online. Finally The manager brought our order out & then starts asking about “some other order” when we told her we didn’t order that we were telling the cashier our order we already payed for so she knew what was going on she got annoyed. The thing is this could have been avoided if they just communicated & listened no one told us to wait our order isn’t ready or anything so we thought we’d let them know what our order was so they knew, Because honestly they looks so lost and they didn’t communicate so I thought they didn’t know our order. It was our first time using online ordering it’ll probably be our last too. Try to encourage your staff to communicate please. I understand they might not be having a good day or things like that but they need to communicate with costumers. Like a simple “your order isn’t ready yet”
No record of purchase

The app allows you to start ordering before selecting a restaurant and then erases what you've added to your order once you select a store. It also keeps no record of your order, so if you accidentally tap away or receive a call while you're waiting, you have no proof of purchase.Most other restaurants send an email confirmation and receipt but that does not happen with this app. Additionally, there is absolutely no record of any of your account's past orders. So you're really boned if you accidentally tap away from that one page that allows you to pick your order up. It's an extremely frustrating system.
Problems not receiving free items

The app has problems with free bonus offer items not being sent through to the Dive Through Restaurant Kitchen. The Burger King restaurants are also not keeping proper records of preordered food transactions made through the mobile app. Too much priority is being made to orders from Ubereats, to the detriment of the drive through and in store experience, this problem is also at KFC restaurants, although it hasn’t caused problems at McDonald’s .
