I used to order so many smoothies via the app… then something happened, the store didn’t receive the order… so I fought tooth and nail to get my shake while showing the store my transaction on my banking app. I then gave the store another go and same thing happened. So now I don’t order any more and trying to explain to Tank Juice on Facebook as to why it’s happened is like smacking your head against a brick wall.

The app never keeps me logged in which is annoying so every time I check out it has a “sign up or checkout as guest” but I can’t check out as a guest because my phone number is linked - why is logging in so difficult?Another annoying thing is when ordering through the app it doesn’t allow you to order for within 20 minutes. Sometimes I’m just 5 mins away or even in the store and just want to be efficient but then I have to tell the person behind the counter that I want it now anyway.I’ve also had to delete the app and redownload it a few times cause it stopped opening for no reason.

Ever since Apple Pay disappeared it’s too hard to place an order. App always logs you out so you have to remember your password, then find and enter your credit card number. You had something good going and you’ve gone backwards.

App drops out and comes up blank every few days. Have to delete and sign in doesnt hold login nor does it give any option to feedback. SAD as good when works. Shame no one is interested. Cheers Ps even to send the arrogance of the company won’t allow you without hassle. Double SAD
