I called a cab around 9pm and waited until 9.25 for one of the drivers to arrive. While the app stated he was six minutes away. I spent hat entire time watching while his car was parked somewhere as I needed to get home.Yet I was appalled that I had to pay a fee for him not moving. This is an absolutely terrible service charging me to pay him while he waited. This is not safe and and driver can take advantage of not arriving while you pay them a fee for canceling. Use Uber instead. You’ll might pay a fraction more but you’ll be safer at night!!!
