Amazing start, few improvements needed
One massive feature Disney plus lacks is a “continue watching” feature or something similar. It’s quite annoying having to research everything that you’ve watched and sometimes it doesn’t start from when you were watching. So please consider that! And another small thing is that when you’re watching a Tv series on a laptop in full screen when the next episode starts it automatically goes out of full screen which is kinda annoying. Love it though but needs improvement
very good content, terrible usability
Ver good shows, large variety, good quality etc etc. what really drags it down is the usability of the interface. The video player should definitely have more controls such as a way to look at episodes while in a current episode you’re watching. A button to skip to the next and previous episode should definitely be implemented to save from having to exit the episode to find it (especially inefficient to go back an episode if you’ve gone through the “continue watching” process), both a skip forward and back about 10 or so seconds would be helpful on tv. Not only that but when you go to continue watching an episode there should be an easy was to return to the episode selection. Instead you have to search it up every time, which is especially cumbersome if the continue watching keeps recommending a past or future episode which has been partially watched, there’s no easy way to just go to the episode menu. Plus the search function makes it not very easy to find new shows.
Majority of this stuff feels like basic intuition which is why it’s annoying it’s missing
Rip off
Some how I was getting billed 2 times from them and I asked them to fix it an refund they would not refund they 6 months they been taking from me some how another email was made up in a acc and I had look I was getting billed for it an I asked them about it an they could not find the email but the money was getting taken from them I showed them the emails an they just told me go apple.... took me 2 days to try get hold of them would not call me back on call backs few time an when I do talk to them the call ends like they hang up... an the online chats keep getting cut off an I could not send msgs an they would not reply... so what happens out u might pay for more then u no an they won’t refund u or help with getting ur money’s worth.... only way I found out was I went to shop get my baby some food an it declined coz Disney took my money.... I will neva Eva get Disney again or recommend it to any one they rip u off an wont help fix the prob an takes so long to get hold of them an go on like they don’t no what u talking about.... sorry about long msg but thought ppl should no what getting selfs into.
