Where to start?! The concept of signing in on here is already a nightmare with no autofill options and to copy and paste passwords is difficult to say the least, checking on a delivery? Not happening, you’ve got a banner that likes to scroll and then stay right in the middle of the screen all while the option I’ve just clicked on is telling me to go to my account which doesn’t tell me when my order is arriving, the mobile web version is easier to navigate than this and it’s down for maintenance 80% of the time, this is awful. Hire someone to fix it please!

The user experience for your app is an absolute nightmare. It lags, has slow click through and is unresponsive, basically it doesn’t work. Even the request for feedback form doesn’t work. On occasion I’ve been late paying because the app glitches and doesn’t allow transactions. I have a background and certifications in graphic design and computer programming so I can speak with some authority. With this in mind, if I’m struggling to use your app, you can guarantee that less experienced users are going to have a heap of trouble.

Can you actually write a proper app? This appears to be a poor reskinning of your website and the UI is terrible. For example ordering a bottle is pants; you enter the quantity and click place order, you’d think that would place the order, but no, you then get taken to another screen where you have to scroll down (as the button is off the screen) and click place order yet again. And yeah as someone else mentioned the Feedback button doesn’t work.

The only reason I use elgas is because no one else will service my house. Although the service is great, the new update to the app makes it seem like more of a joke. Please just invest a little into the app to make it user friendly AND functional. Everytime I use it I need to add my credentials and every time I use it there is always a problem. For a big brand, your app is the joke of them all. Please just make it functional
