Doesn’t work
Was told to download the new app - this is all I can find in the App Store and it looks just like the old one, except now when I order it doesn’t actually go through - ended up ringing to order a gas bottle after waiting 2 weeks and they had no record of the order.
Exceptionally poor
We were instructed to update existing app. An update option not available and deleting/reinstalling made no difference except now unable to access at all. Complete waste of time.
Poorly designed
Simple ordering system made useless by inability to ‘remember’ 10 digit customer number which has to be manually entered each time
