Not happy with how I make a booking and the person booked to mow the lawns hasn’t showed and previous one came late and didn’t empty the catcher enough.

App and Service is Useless
I’ve booked twice on two separate occasions on the app and twice no one has shown up but money was taken out of my account. It’s hard to hold those accountable who initially text that Rey will turn up to do the job when communication is one-way in the app. We can’t respond or text back contractors? Doesn’t make sense! I’ve had to call the contact centre to follow up and spent 4 days waiting for a response and for someone to turn up for the job.
Good app but service needs to improve.
