HomeSafe View: Live Swann CCTV viewing on your iPhone and iPad
HomeSafe View supports the following features:
Multi-channel viewing with up to 16 cameras on screen at the same time (16ch view works best on iPads)
Play back stored recordings from your DVR on your handset or tablet (requires high upload speed internet)
Change settings on your DVR or NVR in app
Capture video from your camera live view to your iPhone to play back later
Capture single and multi still images and save these to your iPhone's picture library
Control PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) cameras remotely
Note: Current model handsets and iPads are recommended for high resolution playback and live viewing more than 8 cameras at once.
Note: This app uses a data stream that will connect to your Swann DVR via 4G/5G or WiFi. When using 4G/5G, the video from your DVR will likely be considered "downloads" by your phone service provider and will contribute to any download limit your phone data plan may have. If you exceed any plan limits you may incur additional usage charges. Consult with your mobile service provider regarding the use of a video streaming app and how it may affect your plan.

Works but outdated
Like the title says; our 6 wired cameras around the house works fine for the price paid but the app and PC version is very outdated and slow. There’s a bad visual difference on the app too, looking at all the cameras there blurry as and there’s no way to fix it, like even your SWANN logo is blurry on the camera screen. The app is running on an IPhone 11 if that makes a difference. A nice clean fresh update is what I’m hanging out for 😪
Updated and they have made it slower and smaller viewing
They have finally updated the app but to be honest it feels like a downgrade.
The viewing size was bigger before for viewing cameras but now they have made it a third of the screen. Which makes it even more difficult to clearly see four cameras.
The user interface is slower and it seems to not load as quick as the old app.
Cameras will load most of the time but then just drop out and say offline.
I do not recommend this app.
Swann system
Finding this app very slow to load up cameras to view while out sometimes upto a minute. Even if at home on wifi takes along time. Pointless if something is going on and need to quickly check cameras. Also qualify on ph could be better... my old system was only 720p not 1080p and looked better on my phone even on mainstream. These things would be great to get sorted
