+ Up Home is opening a new door this week. What’s on the other side? You’ll have to wait and see. + General tinkering, bug bothering and making things behave themselves. Light work.

+ Before the eraser was invented, people used rolled up pieces of white bread to erase pencil marks. Sounds delicious but inefficient. Speaking of efficiency, we just scrubbed out a few background bugs to keep your app running crisp and clean.

+ To the person on Reddit worried our last update note was a sign of things to come: we saw that. Anyway, bug fixes and performance improvements.

+ Spring has sprung, so we spent some time in the garden clearing out a few pesky bugs, pruning the codebase, and giving the app a fresh trim.

+ Essentials: our new automated bill management system is coming next week, 1 September. Give your regular bills and expenses a home of their own, with money automatically put aside from each pay so it's ready when your bills land. See what's covered at a glance, then pay bills directly from Essentials using its own card or account details.

+ Koalas actually have fingerprints that are almost indistinguishable from humans. Speaking of leaving no trace, we were super stealthy this release and fixed some bugs you never noticed.

+ We didn't reinvent the wheel this update, but we did spray a whole lot of WD-40 on the axles. You can now expect a slightly smoother, entirely squeak-free app experience.

+ Home Zone now includes Borrowing Power. Switch between Property Price and Borrowing Power to compare what you could currently afford with the maximum you could comfortably borrow with Up Home. + Home Deposit Saver has been refined. Setting a deposit goal is now clearer and easier.

+ Bug fixes + Housekeeping + Preparing

+ Travel Mode for Savers has landed. Travel Mode shows your balances in the local currency while you're overseas, so you don't have to do the mental maths. It now works with Savers too, making it easier to keep track of your money when spending from them abroad.

+ You can now generate statements for different time periods in-app, including the last 3, 6 or 12 months, year to date, or the full financial year. No need to wait around for it either, we’ll send you a notification as soon as it’s ready.

+ Did you know an octopus has three hearts? Well, we only have one, and we've poured it into fixing some completely unnoticeable background bugs.

+ Your Savers now show your saving status, so you can see exactly where you’re at based on your goals. Set a goal date and target amount, and we’ll map out how to get there. You’ll know when you’re ahead or behind and if you fall behind, we’ll give you simple, actionable nudges to help you get back on track.

+ We’re going to make you an offer you can’t refuse. A slightly smoother app experience.

+ A tune under the hood for a bit more horsepower. Everything you need for a high performance experience. Lucky this thing doesn’t run on petrol.

+ When you're sending a payment over $30K, we'll now give you a heads up that it'll be sent via bank transfer instead of Osko. Same as before, just clearer expectations. + Direct Debit references are now visible in-app, so you can see exactly what a payment is for without playing detective. + We've made a few small tweaks to Saver progress to make tracking your goals feel a little bit smoother.

+ Statistically, nobody reads these. So between you and me, the balance on the Payments tab was never aligned with the balance on the Savers tab. It was causing some eye-twitches on our design team, so we’ve fixed that now.

+ Ever found yourself squinting at the receipt you uploaded through Notes & Attachments because it’s tiny? Us too. Now you can zoom in. Brilliant, we know. Tell your optometrist we said you’re welcome. + What’s better than two ‘Next’ buttons in the transfer screen? One; because that's all you needed anyway. Enjoy the extra breathing room.

+ Rejected, reversed or returned payments from Savers are now easier to spot in your Activity feed. Right on. + We’ve sprinkled some magic on the Saver emoji selector. Create a new Saver now and see for yourself.

+ You can now add custom icons to your Tags. Choose from 130+ new Tag icons hand-drawn by our in-house art department. Organise your money responsibly. Decorate it irresponsibly. + Missed the undo button after making a transfer? Tap into the transfer receipt from your Activity feed and you’ll now see an “Undo this transfer” button for 5 minutes after making a transfer. Crisis averted.

+ Welcome to 2026. Confetti's gone, the dev team's no longer powered by leftovers, and we've started the year with a fresh polish. + Minimalism's cool, but invisible was pushing it. Your Up widgets now show properly in Tinted and Clear home screen modes.

+ PayID is now available for 2Up, giving you and your Player 2 a quicker way to get paid as a team. Toggle it on via the Up tab > Payment Settings. + Slice 2Up purchases straight into a Group and keep tabs with ease.
