We booked this Riad based on the reviews from Trip Advisor and it didn’t disappoint. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina and was a quiet sanctuary to come back to after a busy day out. Lahcen and Moha were excellent hosts - they made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough to help us. They organised taxis, a day trip to Imlil waterfall and a magnificent 3 day trip to the Sahara which will although was a long drive was definitely worth it and was magical. The food at the Riad was delicious and fresh and I am now addicted to Morrocan mint tea! The rooms are spacious and decorated in beautiful, traditional Moroccan style. The bed was super-firm (which we liked) and the bathroom ornate. The roof terrace is delightful and quiet and lovely for meals, drinks at sunset or relaxing with a book. We stayed for 7 nights and were very sad to leave but hopefully one day we will get to return. I would highly recommend the Riad Dar Nadwa.
Awful customer service and care

I'm as a host, I called the customer service to help me with cancellation on a booking that shouldn't come through at all because my room was nit available. After waiting a long time on the phone, an half an hour chat with the customer service staff, with not getting any help, she was just repeating me. Her only chat other than repeating me was to "find a hotel for your guest.!!!" They also lied that they cannot reach the guest, when I called the guest he said he did not receive any call from them.At the end not even they helped to sort out the situation after the call I found out that my listing is blocked and it is asking me to verify my address, I had to wait for them to send me a mail and ...This is despite the fact that I was already hosting some guest and I am expecting other guests to arrive. IF YOU CANNOT VERIFY YOUR HOST ADDRESS WHY YOU LET GUESTS BOOK AND PAY TO YOU?!Since them I am trying to get a support from them, I am still waiting...Shouldn't you have a better way for verifying your customers? Shouldn't you have a better customer service when people are relying on your services?

Our trip to France
Above and beyond service the staff have provide us during our stay. Your staff especially Milena including Jennifer and Drado have gone out of their way to helped us when I left my phone in the taxi, they have communicated with the driver to return my phone and wallet but the driver refuse and wanted money which we agreed to pay him then when he arrived he demanded more and decided not to hand over my phone and wallet and drove away, the staff have been so patient and been helpful to try to communicate and reason with him but he ignored us and gave us false information about handing in to the police station but the station is closed. We want to thank your staff for the effort and determination to help us so I say that we highly commended your staff to go all out of their way to help us. We give them a top 10 + ratingThank you very much

Well I came to Sydney for the first time and I was so lucky to find the perfect spot for my first time here, the location is great nearby Supermarket, restaurants, train station and shops. Everything is walkable distance from here also the house is really charming at this super cute neighborhood called Ultimo it’s a safe area and the architecture around is really cute. The room was cozy and warm, the bed was so comfortable I had such a good sleep while my staying here. The host came over couple times to check if was everything alright he’s super nice. There’s a kitchen for you to use which is super helpful if you’re traveling on a lower budget. Overall no complaints about my experience at Ultimo Terrace homestay, I’ll definitely recommend to friends and family when they coming over to Sydney because it made my trip really special.
