Politicians tell it as they hope it will be. The average man and woman tells us what it feels like. I am British having moved to New Zealand, I read the Telegraph to find out what is happening to my beloved homeland. I want to know all viewpoints accurately reported by journalists. I trust the Telegraph to get me the facts and figures with all the interpretations, leaving me to draw my own conclusions. Well done.
Gone downhill

A recent update to the app brought a much more iPhone based design to the iPad app. It is a very simple interface, with almost no detail which means that there is not much information on it. I now use the website to get a better idea of what is happening as its interface shows much more detail. Also the slider for text size still doesn’t work after the many years I’ve had the app. You would think it would be fixed by now!
Developer Response
Dear Reader, We are aware that our recent redesign of our app for tablet users has caused disquiet for some readers. As always, we value immensely feedback from our customers. As such, we have decided to revert to a homepage on our app for tablet users that is akin to the previous version.
Greetings from down under

I’m really enjoying the crisp and reasoned approach of the Telegraph - a breath of fresh air compared to what is available down here in NZ, except for our brave non main stream voices. Keep it up, folks. We need you.Janet D
iPad app improved after feedback
Richalbin
I previously left a negative review due to the single-column layout change introduced on the iPad app, which ruined the reading experience. The development team listened to user feedback and has now reverted the changes, restoring the usability that made the app so good in the first place. I appreciate them responding constructively and acting on the feedback. It’s now a great reading app again. Thanks
This release includes improvements to the performance of our Puzzles experience to enable a faster and more stable experience for solvers.
