They randomly charged me in a foreign currency that ended up costing me $70 more than what I was told. The customer service repeated multiple times that they will not refund me or give me a credit for their mistake. Terrible company who ended up costing me more money for no reason and didn’t even attempt to make it right.

I did the activity at 7am. After 24 hours, my reward is still in pending. But It shows valid time from the second day. So confusing!

Why is there not a box for me to use my rewards when booking a ticket? I have paid for multiple excursions through Viator and there’s not even an option to use my rewards when booking.
We’ve squashed bugs (yuck) and made performance improvements (whoosh) for an overall better Viator app (yay!).
