What a waste of time. New app that gives less information but I assume graphics might be better. On balance, I’m pleased that you have employed people to improve the app which may be good for the UK economy. Next time get people who read newspapers to give a users perspective. New doesn’t mean better!

What an appalling app - poor set out, hard to navigate and it hangs. Trying to access your account details almost impossible. And the bonus account option is missing which makes you feel ripped off!

Despite being a paid subscriber for many years this new abomination of a digital app asks me to login each and every time I open the application. Waste of time.

Doesn’t let you cancel subscriptions

You have to call someone to cancel. Very clunky and not user friendly to update subscriptions.
