My 14yr daughter got into my phone & credit card and subscribed, she thought it was fun to create a account for mum who she believes has no dress sense! Customer service was great as to unsubscribing straight off the bat but unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund (please note subscription is in USA dollars) and as a single mum struggling I was disappointed as apparently the account was created and they weren’t keen on refunding… so, the daughter is grounded, and I changed my pin and password, hard lesson learned… and no I wasn’t tempted to try their AI clothes 🙄

This app was downloaded on to my phone without my knowledge. And it says to go onto the app to cancel the subscription but I can’t find it. I can’t find it anywhere and honestly that’s so bad you need some way to have customers cancel. Please cancel my subscription now.
