I haven’t even finished logging in and the AI buddy keeps asking questions. I have answered questions wrong, haven’t started the medicine yet and it won’t let me update or edit it. Then I go to fix MY OWN information. And the AI buddy interrupts asking me the next polling questions. Impossible. I am very tech savvy this app is useless. So now I will delete it and remove all my information which is wrong anyway.

I’ve changed my dose several times through the AI prompt but it doesn’t seem to really save it. The app is not intuitive, it’s difficult to use. I find after reading the few things they provide, all I do is enter my sleep and weight but it still thinks I’m at the starting dose. I’ve taken to tracking my progress in other apps until this one improves.

The videos and information on how to use the pen was very useful. However there have been no updates to the welcome messages since week 1. No alerts to remind me about taking my dose despite me turning them on (and double-checking my phone’s alert settings for the app).

So much potential but poorly executed. The tracker is not user friendly. I’ve been tracking the dose and weightloss on my iphone notes. (that’s how bad the tracker is). The AI doesn’t seem to remember you have changed your dose??? Weird app
