I have been using Pure for approximately three days and, unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my experience on the app.I wanted to share some feedback that I believe would genuinely improve the user experience. For example, having the ability to “not like” someone so their profile does not appear again would be extremely helpful. Each time I opened the app, I saw the same profiles repeatedly, which made the experience feel limited and repetitive.Additionally, the app shows a person’s bio/description before their photos, which requires opening each profile and manually swiping to see images. This made browsing slow and frustrating.I contacted Pure through their feedback email and through the app, and the only response I received was: “Make a refund request on the App Store or Apple website.” However, the App Store does not give me an option to request a refund for this purchase, and it has proven difficult to get my money back after paying for this app.Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my time using the app and would appreciate further assistance with a refund.
