I tested this app side-by-side with another app that does a Keto preset plan. This app is awesome - it has so many recipes for everything and it helps to track the macros. The other app I had to enter very menu by ingredient. This app also creates a shopping list saving the user so much time. The topping on the [keto] cake is that if a recipe needs some changes in ingredients you can customise it and save it for next time!! Thank Martina for making this happen.
Activity Update
Hi Martina and co, have used your app for a couple years now. I have found it so easy to use and without all the extras that often slows down ‘other’ apps from running smoothly, I can easily track progress during the day. Also, I think with the latest update being able to adjust daily activity, this is a “game changer”!! Thanks so much for keeping it real!!
App unusable
Bought several days ago, the app freezes and locks up when I try to put my details in making the app unusable. I emailed tech support and the automatic reply said they were very busy and will try to get back to me. Really?? You'll try? Don't buy, app unusable and no support.
