I couldn’t live without it

I’ve been using last pass for a year now and after loading in my 150th odd password I went premium. As my job requires using many devices and setting up multiple accounts that are all actively used I found it easy to fall into the trap of “one password to rule them all”. As you can guess when you realise your banking information is as secure as your old miniclip account you get a bit nervous. With last pass I now have cross platform highly secure updated passwords and logins for personal and professional use on every device I own. The mobile experience is great. The chrome experience is great. The desktop experience is great. I can only imagine how much more LastPass will grow in our digital world!

If you don’t have it get it. It could possibly protect you from the worst and it makes multi device navigation a dream.

Does exactly what it says on the tin

Excellent app, and I highly recommend getting the paid subscription because it’s cheap and you can have your passwords and secure notes seamlessly stored on multiple devices including your phone and PC. i use the Chrome extension on my PC and as soon as i save something either on the PC or on my phone, it’s almost instantly available on the other device. I love this app so much.

Automatically renewing subscription

I use LastPass a lot and it’s ok. It’s not perfect - it’s clunky on iOS and there don’t seem to have been any new features for years. One the thing that really puts me off apps, is when they automatically renew subscriptions with only the bare minimum of notifications. I noticed a small yellow banner on the LastPass website (which I rarely visit) saying something about my subscription renewing the other day, and today I see that my credit card has been charged. An email saying this was about to happen is the minimum that I’d expect. If you stand by your product, why wouldn’t you send an email letting customers know that you’re going to be charged for another year? Not doing so seems sneaky, and makes me inclined to look for an alternative password manager.
