Great app ! Very helpful amazing experience
Not working for me
I downloaded the app simply because it was offering 30% off new styles but once I downloaded the app and selected several items and went to check out it wanted to charge me $30 for international postage from Australia to New Zealand, which considering the website had 20% off new styles meant that I wasn’t really saving anything. The app is not user friendly and I couldn’t see any way to select a location as New Zealand, and I even tried deleting it and starting again in case I’d missed something. I contacted customer services and in true Lorna Jane style they were pretty useless and told me to change my location to New Zealand but when I asked how to do this they could not tell me. I would just rather use the website than mess about with an app that doesn’t really work.
