Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same duration at the same price as the initial period chosen. You can cancel the automatic renewal of your MEGA subscription no later than 24 hours before your next subscription payment is due, via your Apple account settings page.

App permissions (optional):
Contacts: MEGA accesses your contacts so you can add them from your device.
Microphone: MEGA accesses your microphone when you capture a video, make a call or record voice messages inside the app.
Camera: MEGA accesses your camera when you capture a video or photo or make a call inside the app.
Face ID: MEGA accesses Face ID to allow you to easily unlock the app's passcode when you enable this option.
Local network: MEGA accesses your local network so you can place and receive calls through devices that are on the same Wi-Fi or other local network.
Location: MEGA accesses your location when you share it with your contacts in chat.
Add photos to photo library: MEGA accesses your photo library to add photos and videos to your device gallery.

I’m not much of a tech buff but the app was easy enough for me to navigate and figure my own way around. I recently copied my backed up photo albums to mega and it was fairly quick. As it’s all completely private I’ve got a few friends onto it and we now use it for our day to day communication. I also like that when sending files they don’t get shrunk like other apps. Pretty good support and they actually listen and take on constructive criticism. Thanks heaps guys. I’m excited to see where you go with this product 😊

Very easy to navigate. Okay so I am and editor and I use the mega app daily so I can download my scenepacks. What bothers me is the amount of time it takes to download, and I can’t even use other apps while my stuff Is downloading or it will pause. Also it bugs me that when I finally finish the download after waiting two hours I come to find that it hasn’t even saved to my gallery it just simply says that it’s complete, so I have to download everything again (sometimes multiple times)

Trouble logging in

I had an account around a year ago but took a break from editing (which is what I use mega for) and now I can’t log in or create an account with my original email, it gets stuck on a loading screen both when I try logging in and when I try to go through the recovery process, what should I do :(
