I have had SwiftKey for almost a decade now! From very beginning that it was just a swipe type keyboard...it has improved so much, and not even once I had any issues. Every new phone immediately gets this app first. Love it, and so useful. Thank you SwiftKey for so many years of flawless service.

It appears that after each update, SwiftKey forgets all previously learned styles of typing.The predictions which are shown when using Flow are so off mark and senseless. Regular daily used words are suddenly replaced by ridiculous place names. Flow also comes up with crazy suggestions to normal daily used words, after an update. It takes a long time and is frustrating to have a to repeatedly go back to delete a word and end up tapping out words instead of using Flow. Some words, eg. Remember, I have ended up making shortcuts in my phone's settings, simply because every single time I tried to type using Flow and remember was needed, so many random predictions kept coming up.There needs to be an option in settings to switch off place names. I use a keyboard with an English version for Australia because there is no New Zealand English version. Generally there's no problem with this, except for all the crazy place name predictions. The US English version would be worse in this case.Whatever used to happen long ago about SwiftKey learning about how you type and learning about your language style in order to provide appropriate predictions - no longer works.

I got this keyboard because I’m a swiper, and I love that I have access to punctuation without having to go into the symbols view. However, the predictive text is stubbornly nonintuitive. Every time I try swiping “people”, it gives me “petiole”. I have to back up, delete, and give it a second try before it will give me "people" every. Single. Time. Same thing for going (gong), heart (best), couldn't (vitiated, of all things), and several others. The incorrect words don’t even make sense in context. It's extremely frustrating. I think I'm finally to the point that easy access to commas and numbers isn't the Most Important Thing. Uninstalling.

I love to use your keyboard everyday but there’s one problem that I’ve had since I’ve downloaded this app and that’s none of your keyboards have “voice to text” option and every time I need to use it I have to switch back to the my original keyboard and it’s kind of annoying, apart from that it’s a really great app and I’ve recommended it to most of my friends already and they use it to, I think they agree with me and the voice thing as well.Also update so we can use the new emojis.
