Fantastic service - couldn’t recommend more
Needed a few staple pantry items and school lunch box fillers and I saw someone recommend Milk Run on our FB community page. It arrived within 20 minutes of me ordering - I couldn’t believe the efficiency and quality of service. Appreciated the free delivery for first three orders to be able to trial it but I will definitely be using the app regularly as a parent who is often too busy and disorganised to realise I need supermarket items until the last minute.

Terrible Service
Estimated delivery time on my order changed 5 times and after an hour my order still hadn’t been picked up. Enquired on their online chat as to what was taking so long. First got a bot then got a customer service rep who referred to me as a ‘dear friend’ which I found quite weird. Then instead of letting me know when my order would eventually arrive I just got sent a vague message saying I’d been refunded and would get a voucher but no mention my order had actually been cancelled. They then stopped replying to my messages. I tried calling them and no answer both times after waiting over 5 and 10 mins respectively. Totally misleading delivery times and terrible service and still no promised voucher or refund. Avoid like the plague.

Is a woman who lives alone with cancer, I have to say thank you so much for your service your app your business. I have found it difficult to navigate online shopping for groceries and have been unable to do the shopping properly. Now thanks to you guys I can get my groceries brought to me within a very short time of buying it and I am forever grateful for how much you have changed my life thank you. 🥰
