Terrible app developers

Would’ve thought a company of this size would invest some more money into their mobile app - especially when a lot of the features are app only.

Constantly crashing, constantly having to login, allow Face ID, verify mobile number. Current version doesn’t even allow purchasing an add on without crashing every time I press pay.

Literally throwing money away. Do better.

Terrible service

After dealing with multiple people over 2 days on the chat and trying to get my phone to workout finally worked, I then went to top it up and it charged me 3 times, I then asked if I could be refunded for them to send me a number to call which directs me to use the chat, I have been sent round and round for day just trying to get this sorted, absolutely terrible customer service.
