Good apps Bad service
I’ve been using XL as my main cellular number for longtime and agree if XL deliver very good service in the past, but that’s not happening this time. Few customer service who handled my complaint recently did not help at all. Zero star actually for him/her.
Add new package glitch
I’m using a Esim and recently since the last update I cannot add a new package. When I press “add new package” the app crashes.
