I’ve looked at a few systems now and I recon this is the best.
It allows me to keep on top of everyone’s tasks, their timesheets and charges.
My team love the timesheet system and I can quote and invoice from my phone before I leave the site!
My fortnightly invoicing is super easy and only takes a few minutes and syncs directly with Xero.
The push notification system is great, as it allows my team to communicate directly with each other from within the jobs, so nothing is lost.
The app also allows me to track my workers locations when they enter their time and they can update their status on a job in real time. (great for any client queries).
I would highly recommend NextMinute for any business wanting to make life easier. I can finally spend more time fishing and less doing admin. Love that! 👍
