App works fine for a while then crashes
Today is the third time recently that I have had contact nielsen for a new installation key and re-download the app. It will work fine for a number of weeks, then all of a sudden, when I try and click into it, it won’t open. I end up having to delete it and contact nielsen, then wait for a new installation key to get back in. I love being part of the nielsen consumer panel, but if this keeps happening, I will be withdrawing from it. At least with other apps, you can just re-login if they glitch and you have to re-download them. Having to contact nielsen and then reinstall the app is just frustrating.
App crashes
I seem to have frequent issues with this app crashing, today is just the latest, can’t get on to scan as the app won’t even open.
We moved from having the physical scanner at home to using this app but it seems to be really buggy. Please sort out as I enjoy being a homescan panel member and have been for many years. But this makes it a lot harder to accurately scan our shopping in.

Extremly sorry to hear that you are facing issue with the App. We suggest you to reinstall the App and get new installtion key from helpdesk. Please make sure when you are on the splash screen(black screen with NielsenIQ Icon) do not interupt the update by closing the App. The reinstallton should fix the issue and for some reason you still cant login, please send us an email (homescan.helpline.nz@smb.nielseniq.com) regarding your issue and we will look into it.
Frustrating
Would be a lot better if it didn’t keep freezing so I have to uninstall then reinstall
