My recommendation would be to allow the ability to copy and paste bank account numbers to ensure they aren’t being put in wrong or incorrect

Hi Larni. You can share your account number if you have more than one account with us. On the cards screen where the 2 lines are swipe left and choose share. Call us if any questions on 0800 229 943

Error invalid details issue

Regularly I keep getting Error invalid details when trying to login, I have to reset my credentials (which havent changed) and set it back up. Makes the app almost completely unreliable. Have sent a message off to support, have been told they are aware of the bug but no timeline to fix.
