To use an up-to-date version of Cara Care, download ***Cara Care for IBS*** in the App Store.

How to migrate your data from the old version if you are a current Cara Care user in the UK:

1. Download the new app. It is called “Cara Care for IBS" in the UK App Store.
2. Open the old app.
3. Follow the steps in this video to generate an export code.
4. Copy and paste the export code into the new app.
5. You're set!

Great for Crohn’s management

This has been awesome for me as a recently diagnosed Crohn’s patient. Able to give my dr a lot of info as well. Any chance you could add a night mode as it is quite bright in the darker hours ;) thank you

Helpful app

Really handy app for keeping track of food and symptoms. I just wish there was a way to stop automatic tagging (black beans and kidney beans all become generic ‘beans’, some things the app marks as lactose don’t actually have lactose but others that DO aren’t, etc) as this makes it hard to track my FODMAP diet.
I also can’t figure out how to edit or delete custom ingredients and Customer Service won’t respond to my queries. If anyone knows, please put it in your review!

Really like it

This app has some great recipe ideas, and I love using them for my special dietary needs.
I have not used all the other features yet, but I’m loving it so far.
