Superb

Once you become used to it it works very well

Constantly crashing

Lost all highlights and comments. Used app all evening, on 8 PDFs, to give it a good go. Kept losing annotations. Too frustrating. Won't use again. Back to Kindle or iBook etc.

Have to login every time you use it

This product is absolutely idiot! The UI is nicer than Endnote for sure, but you have to be patient enough to enter email and password each time you use it, ———even after you enter the right password, you have to enter email verification code!
You have to go through these process every time you:

1. Open the app
2. Save articles from the webpage
3. Open the library from the web.

And there is no way to stop! Because:
1. You can’t get help from the forum, because it’s a seperate identity system from the main website
2. No replies from the customer services email
3. There is no option for you to opt-out (they didn’t ask you to opt-in either)
