Doesn’t work
App has bugs and doesn’t work. I’ve tried to sign up twice now on two seperate occasions. It won’t proceed with my application as it says is needs ‘last name’s but there is no field to even write Last Name! There’s only a field for Full name (which I have filled out with my Full name). Have to delete app as app needs fixing.
Keeps losing track of previous payment methods
Have to constantly re-enter payment details. Yesterday the server went down and could not register parking at all. Would be great if it could send you a reminder if you go to a regular parking space and forget to sign in, or an auto prompt, when parking in the same space daily?
Needs the sign up bug fixed
New users need to fill in all information perfectly without making any errors. If you don’t set a suitable password (minimum 8 characters, uppercase, lowercase, numerical and symbol) then your keyboard will disappear when it tells you to re-enter your password. If this happens, you’ll need to delete the app and reinstall.
