Ratings and Reviews
Updating scores
The updating of scores is so confusing. I understand that it takes time to collate the scores and work it all out but sometimes I’m 1st and then jump back to 5th an hour later just because it hasn’t calculated it properly. I’m probably not explaining it very well. It could do with some attention. Thanks
Sign in and “Auto join” issues
1. Passwords are not automatically suggested when trying to open in safari.
2. When clicking an “auto join” link, it tries to open in safari even if you have the app, which leads to the password issue again.
3. When clicking an “auto join” link for the first time this season and then logging on to your safari login, you have to create a new password, once you have done that it doesn’t take back to the auto join link.
4. It’s hard to find how to join a league from the FPL page in the app, I couldn’t find a way to find a league to join.
Why not allow a quick add button where you can use the five letters at the end of an auto join url?
Please make this more user friendly to reduce so much wasted time. Thanks
Access ability
Generally this app is accessible for blind people using voice-over. That said, several elements, particularly buttons, are labelled incorrectly. Wording should not be abbreviated/shortened. The app could benefit from being tested with apples accessibility wizard. As for #FPL I would also love a function where you could add a player to a watch list of potential players. Would help greatly in managing a team. Currently can't read opponents team in #FPLCup using voice-over. Again this obviously has not been tested by your developers!
